RETURN POLICY

At this time, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges, and all items bought at a discounted or promotional price are also final sale.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it so we can help make things right. SHIPPING​​​

Our processing time is typically 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed, not including weekends or holidays. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We ship all orders using UPS Ground. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Once your package has been handed over to UPS Ground, it is no longer within our control. If your order becomes lost or stolen, please contact your local UPS office to begin a missing package claim. Should your package be returned to us as undeliverable, a re-shipping fee will be required.

To ensure the longevity of your gems, we recommend removing them while bathing, working out, swimming, or applying lotions, hairsprays, perfumes, and other beauty products. Additionally, keep your jewelry away from harmful chemicals to maintain its beauty and shine.

Our pieces are crafted from either 14k or 18k gold filled or plated materials, and we always provide detailed information under product descriptions, so please check before ordering.
